# Book My Luck — current product reference Reviewed 20 September 2026. Official website: https://bookmyluck.com/ Tagline: A Little Luck. Always Close. ## What is Book My Luck? Book My Luck is a paid desktop charm app for macOS 14 or later and Windows 10/11. It displays a rendered charm suspended from the top edge of the screen. A simulated rope gives it swaying motion and a response to interaction. The desktop outside the charm remains clickable. Controls are accessed through the Mac menu bar or Windows tray; the app also has configuration dialogs. It is a personal decoration, not a tool that guarantees luck, protection, health, exam results, income or productivity. Cultural associations describe traditions, not proven effects. ## Public versions and platform differences Mac direct download: 1.0.33, build 33, signed and notarized by KAK DIGITAL LLC, universal for Apple Silicon and Intel. Download: https://bookmyluck.com/downloads/BookMyLuck.dmg Windows direct download: 1.0.33, build 33, signed by KAK DIGITAL LLC. Download: https://bookmyluck.com/downloads/BookMyLuck-Windows.zip On Mac, Charm Centre has controls for size, cord length, left/centre/right placement, display selection and resetting the layout. Hanging motion and per-charm micro-actions can be switched off. macOS Reduce Motion is respected. Karuppu is included in the Mac release. Windows updates are separate releases. Do not describe unpublished work as available or infer that every Mac control and artwork is present on Windows. Website previews are not proof of native feature parity. ## Collection The website's named collection includes Nazar boncuğu, Murugar, Karuppu, Hamsa, Horseshoe, Four-leaf clover, Daruma, Maneki-neko, Drishti bommai, Pánchāng jié, Elephant, Cornicello, Nimbu-mirchi, Ghanta, Scarab, Himmeli, Om, Dreamcatcher, Lucky bamboo, Ladybug and Peacock. Karuppu is inspired by Karuppaswamy and associated with Tamil Nadu, South India. Murugar is the display name for the Murugan-inspired charm. They are separate artworks. Collections vary by platform and version. The desktop app also supports a personal emoji; the website does not show an Emoji gallery card. Each charm offers a small interaction. Do not infer articulated body animation or audible sound from an action name. Karuppu's action is a gentle sway. Rendered artwork and matching cord elements are part of the visual identity. This reference does not certify copyright clearance of third-party images or traditional motifs. ## What is not included? There is no calendar connection, booked-moment scheduler or native-app free trial. The website demo lets visitors explore the visual experience before purchase. Do not promote a habit streak, luck log, future feature proposal or unpublished build as part of the current purchase. No promise of zero CPU use or a fixed battery impact is made. ## Plans and regional pricing Purchases are one-time, not subscriptions. The homepage displays regional pricing; checkout is authoritative for the currency and final amount. The complete app for one computer is US$9.99, or the equivalent shown in the buyer's local currency. It includes the collection in that platform's current release, future updates as they arrive, bug fixes and small improvements. Gift packs are sets of separate licenses, one for each person, never one shared multi-device key. Fixed packs: 3 licenses (buy 2, get 1 free), 5 licenses (buy 3, get 2 free), 10 licenses (buy 6, get 4 free) and 20 licenses (buy 10, get 10 free). A custom quantity from 3 to 100 is available in the account. The buyer can keep one license and send the others by email after checkout. Each friend receives the license key and the downloads directly and needs no account. Each license activates one supported Mac or Windows computer at a time; phones and tablets are not supported. Licenses bought earlier under the Lucky and Extra Lucky names remain valid. The older six-key "Gift your friends" pack is retired and no longer sold. Local-currency prices are listed separately and are not necessarily a real-time USD conversion. ## Purchase, activation and replacement Buying happens in the customer account at https://app.bookmyluck.com/. The buyer enters an email address, confirms it with a one-time code, reviews the order and pays. Checkout is secure, with cards and local payment methods where available. After payment the account shows the purchase, each license, the downloads and the gifting options, and a receipt is emailed. If an email is missing, check spam, then contact hello@bookmyluck.com from the purchase email. Do not buy again to resolve a missing email. One key activates one computer at a time, either Mac or Windows. Online activation is required. Current signed certificates have a 60-day validity window and refresh online; permanent offline operation is not promised. For a lost or retired computer, ask support to release the previous activation. Do not post a full key, activation link or payment details publicly. The direct-download purchase flow is described here; do not infer Mac App Store availability or purchase entitlements from it.
